At MAWJOOD Market, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

* Is unused and in its original condition.
* Is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and components included.
* Shows no signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, beauty products, personal-care items, and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Certain clearance, final-sale, or specially marked non-returnable products may also be excluded from returns where clearly stated before purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact MAWJOOD Market as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable refund method.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by MAWJOOD Market.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation and may instead be handled according to our return policy.

This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
